Hotel location is not accessible
special xv is required *****-with terrain trained driver to drive
ventilation is rooms is poor
they provide poor rooms to prebooked customers and keep good rooms for walk in customers

View from berry hills resort is very good, and breakfast is also good, only need to construct the end patch of road connecting to the resort

We had the most beautiful view of sunset from the bed room. They have maintained the garden and lawn area very well. They have the swing facing the sunset which feels amazing. Staff was very polite and helping with stay and travel. They had arranged cab and the driver was very nice and covered most of the places. The tea factory is just uphill and there is a short cut to reach there. Food was also very good and tasty.

Rooms were good but only very few channels available on the television. Complimentary breakfast has only few basic food items but ***y items listed on the menu card were not served, otherwise okay.

View is good. But the ***agement should provide better road facility. Its like an off road trip to the hotel. I reserved two same superior rooms but two different style of services. Like in one room no bathroom aminities no electic kettle. And the room smells like long time close. No air freshner.
