Good hotel & good rooms service wifi service not good room no 106 Tv not working but hotel good and staff all very fast corporate food quality too good we all enjoy it very well and Thank u for all service .Thank you we will visit again nice property to visit

It's excellent stay here. Nice staff service. hotel is at very top of hill with beautiful view.. Thanks a lot. There was kids play area also on seventh floor where we enjoyed indoor activity. It's near to ooty and conform sight seeing places where we can visit easily .

The service at the hotel Gem Park was excellent, even the food during breakfast, lunch and dinner was splendid. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We have stayed here for a total of 4 days. Each day we had a very good experience. The overall ambience and the atmosphere of the hotel was good.

Hi am from Singapore.Last week I visited the Hotel Gem park ooty,is highly recommend place to stay in ooty.Really extraordinary hotel and very good service I've ever seen.Specially thanks to Ms.ANGEL,her service is very very good and her smilie face and the way she behave with us really awesome.The most Thankful for you MS.ANGEL.Keep it up.The place ooty also unforgettable.Will visit ASAP the same Hotel(GEM PARK).once again Thank you for the good ***agement.

Very nice experience in this hotel Gem park.itsvery clean and pleasant. Receptionist angel attend me very friendly and give me the facilities at correct time and make me happy about her attending skill. The breakfast is very awesome and healthy also.we enjoyed the room with nature view.

We were given a room (204) on the 2nd floor, though the request was made for higher floors. That said, the room per se, was not the problem at all. On the night of 10th May, the adjoining room was given to a group of very unruly guests who were so noisy till late in the night (1:30 am) that i had to eventually ask the hotel staff to intervene. The next night again another set of guests with similar issue. Also they had a banquet dinner happening and those people were very loud too. When i requested the staff to atleast close the door of the banquet hall, the staff tells me that the banquet is going to be on till 11:00 pm and noise is not avoidable. We also took a spa session on 10th. They had their Gym opening cermony and that ruined the entire SPA experience as people were walking in and out and yelling and refused to stop even after being asked to. Overall, a very poor experience and this after being a regular patron at Gempark. The ***ager didn't care and all he had to say was that he will check.

Poorly mentained rooms alert !! This is a good hotel from lobby to restaurants as well as the Food. But the rooms are bad for a star hotel. Old dated furniture, drawers refusing to close, bathrooms doors without proper latches, old beds with corners jetting out to hurt your toes every now and then, no locker in the rooms. Food is super expensive. House keeping is excruciatingly slow. Will never go again.

Rooms are comfortable and accessbile. Staffs are very helpful in guiding and making us comfortable throughout the stay. Really had a good stay.if you're looking for an wheelchair accessible rooms, do check with them and go for it.Food was delicious
