One of the best hotels i've stayed at and very well organised by the hotel ***agement. Rooms have amazing views and maintain hygiene throughout. Food spread was awesome and great hospitality. All aspects were good and it lives up to the name "gem park" and their wall of fame is a big surprise to every customer. Amenities were good, hotel transport were cordial and guided us to the best spots throughout the stay.

it was a nice time to spent this hotel and food and staff were good. But, housekeeping to be improved as a couple of times to be reminded while calling if, we required anything. The pool is under construction where it is required to enjoy it with the kids. They had arranged the 31st night party and spent a time with all awesome. Finally, the hotel was good and spent a time with family.

It was an amazing experience. Great view, good food, helpful staff. Located close to the town but yet away from the hustle with amazing views of ooty. All in all, a stay which was really worth it.

Positive aspects: amazing mountain and city view. Breakfast is good negative aspects:
hospitality needs to be improved, no welcome drink, no greetings. Room facilities could be improved (lock was not working in washroom )
no hotwater round the clock. Hot water will be available only in the morning and evening
no campfire, if we need we need to pay extra. Dinner buffet could be improved
play area for kids is not available as mentioned. There is nothing for the kids to play
we ordered dal kichidi, they grind-ed it like juice. When we asked they said it will be like that only. Since we are not charging for this we can't change. In the next day while we ordering itself we particularly mentioned to make it as semi solid, but again they gave it as water. Overall the experience is not upto then mark when you compare the facilities and hospitality with other star hotels with similar price range.

The stay was comfortable and the food was also amazing. The staff was also hospitable. The rooms were also clean and the christmas ambience was maintained with music and christmas decor. We overall had a wonderful stay

Excellent stay after 20 years in the same hotel. Good clean room and overall experience was a good one. Special mention about vinod at the front office, makes you feel comfortable as soon as u reach the hotel.
