Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beds were not clean. Lot of hairs on pillows. Oily pillow cover. Hairs on bed. Structure wise hotel built is good. But not clean

Service was very poor. Fleet bad about provided service. Log of scope to improve the overall service

Bad room condition. Room not same as shown in picture. Understaffed, need to ask for water, towel, soap. Post 3 hours received. The receptionist was drunk when we went. Bad odor smell was coming.

The place is a very scenic beauty one. But their service is very bad The room has no wifi. if you ask them, they will say we had wifi, but unfortunately, today it has some complaint. it will be corrected by tomorrow. 🤣🤣🤣 I asked them did this room has the facility of power plug since my 9 month kid need some hot Kanji. The receptionist said they don't know about it. The thing is, they didn't check with the room boys about it even after I asked them, which I felt as very bad They will give only one mobile number to call reception if you need anything. But sometimes, they will not pick up if u call and no call back as well, even in the daytime. I asked for hot drinking water at 6 p.m., and they agreed to serve within 10 minutes. I didn't get water I called for dinner booking. they said they would call back in 5 minutes about the menu. But no call I got. I called ***y times to get dinner get served. The dinner is too much overpriced and has no taste. it was the worst food I tried in ooty on our trip. They had one TV in the room and it was not working. I asked about it to room boy, and they are asking me if you want, then we can send one person to check it. Attitude is, we have only this if u want, u can take it. The bed blanket looks like it is not cleaned by seeing. Fortunately, we had one in hand, so we used that one for that night we vacated the room very next day early morning. Friends, if you want just a stay for the family with a safe a**osphere, u can book it. but don't expect a bit worth in service . I won't come ever in my life here.

Rooms and bathrooms are as shown in the pictures with all the amenities written. Staff is very good and can communicate in english. Daniel the host and vijay are very polite and helpful. If you choose this hotel its views and staff will not disappoint you and help you in whatever way they can to make your trip better.

No room service no proper reply from the ***agement or reception there is partitioned room only which will affect your privacy and peace completely above all there is no single plugs working don’t waste your money for this

Staff were courteous, room was clean, tea was ok, view was excellent, food was over priced, doormats weren’t provided initially, tv wasn’t working, bathrooms were worst and were damaged. Otherwise, good service overall.
