Meadows Residency

I stayed at this hotel from 6th till the 9th of May, 2024 with my wife and kid. We had a really warm and pleasant stay. The room (Lovely category) was well planned, equipped and spacious. Special mention to all the staff who were bothered by us. Every single member of the staff was extremely courteous, warm and helpful. Their behavior really helped us in settling down. The only suggestion I want to put forward is to keep the restaurant running even after breakfast which wasn't the case. I believe after breakfast the restaurant only reopens by 6:30 pm in the evening. Highly recommended to all. All in all this is a fantastic place to be with friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at Meadows Residency. The room was pleasant and comfortable. That staff was very cooperative. The breakfast was also very tasty and it came with different options. I can surely recommend this hotel to all types of visitors.

The stay was pleasant and awesome. Staffs were very cooperative and friendly. Food was tasty and up to the standard.

The room were clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit nearby tourist places. The rose garden and government botanical garden is at walkable distance.

Though the picture matches with what you get, but the size of the room is very small. We had opted for one platinum and another platinum with a bath tub. Both the rooms were very small with absolutely no space for an additional bed. Cleanliness is a plus as the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and house keeping staff were prompt. The location of the room was very close to the parking area. Since the drivers were talking quite loudly and honking at 5 am in the morning, our sleep was quite disturbed. There was also water leakage in the windows during the rain. Very small restaurant, hardly 10 people could accommodate in that place. Food quality had serious issues, i found small chi-ken bone in a vegetarian curry. Although stall is nice and we'll greeting, but they are not trained. For example, they do not know how to serve the food or when to serve it. Since i had booked with breakfast included, but i could not eat there. I would recommend their food license must be cancelled. The receptionist require a training on how to treat customers. They closed the kitchen in noon and we had to go outside to eat while it was raining heavily. Overall this trip was one of the worst trips ever. I will be very careful using mm t for booking hotels.

Hotel is good. But room allocated to us are not as per snaps shown at mmt. Might be inferior room allocated, while complaining the same the female staff on duty not attended the same. Food is very good but buffet area is very congested. Staffs are also good. Location of hotel is good.
