Well enjoyed!!! A nice resort with good views.Stayed here for three nights . We had a good time with the activities provided..We went for a short walk to maarlimund lake which is close to the resort.We had a good dinner and the taste was good.Good service and we would like to visit again soon.

It was a good property with a very good view point to stay. Soft speaking employees. Food was OK but the way they served was good. Zomato and Swiggy also provide delivery to the resort if we miss to prebook the food atleast 2 hours early. Bon fire is common for all the guests. Maintenance would have been better. Hope they will replace the damaged windows next time we visit. Overall experience is very good and would recommend this place for my friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience with family. Had booked the resort. The rooms were clean and tidy Nice view and had bonfire 🔥. They had arranged for nice music and speaker. Will definitely recommend. Great experience

Please don’t try this place, worst in all possible ways. Restrooms full of frogs. Rooms floorings not clean and not mopped. Beds give stinky smell and not tidy. Water clogs in most places. Furniture’s and amenities are not well maintained, was with dust and spiders.

We as a family booked a three bedroom cottage (the Valley and mountain view) from 14th Aug - 17th Aug in sabol holidays for 3 nights. Right from the booking till the check out it was a best experience. The ambience and the a**osphere of the resort is amazing, nestled in the nature .Check in was smooth. Our children enjoyed a lot in the play area for the kids free car parking facility available. The Lovely weather and the rooms we booked were really good and it had a view of the mountain .Food was nice. Room service was good. Our children enjoyed well and had a good time with our family .Overall it was one of the best stay for us.

It was a terrible experience for me and my family staying in this hotel. After doing some research and reading review, we booked this hotel after finding deal on TripAdvisor through Agoda @around 12K a day (19 May - 21 May). The booking was done for a 3BHK Villa. When we reached the reception, no one was there (First Surprise) . I had to wait for around 5 minutes and then the Receptionist cum ***ager came. (Obviously when the reception was deserted so no one was there to pick my call). After that the check-in was smooth. The surprise started once we started going to the villa. The second surprise was that We had to cross the full muddy area to reach the room. In the way , we had to pass through , what seems like never cleaned stairs. The property badly needs maintenance. The Shock came when we saw that the room was not cleaned after the previous occupant might have left. The bedsheet and blanket covers were dirty. The hairs and all was still there. The bathrooms were dirty too. It was already dark and when we complained, attended (who came to leave us till room ) said that someone will come , but eventually no one came. Next Shock – In the evening power got cut and after waiting for couple of minutes, I thought to call the reception (hope against hope) but the intercom was dead. I had to walk till reception in dark and rain to check what is happening. They said that last night the wires got cut and hence the intercom is not working for my villa. The ***ager gave his cell number to contact whenever I need too. He also informed that the generator is there but they are arranging the Diesel to start it up. Next Shock – We ordered the dinner from the hotel , the food was half cooked. Finally I had to order in night via Zomato/Swiggy. Next Shock – They do not have any travel desk who can arrange a taxy for you (anyway this one is comparatively smaller shock 😊) But the ***ager called an Auto next morning. Next Shock – In the morning, the plumbing of two of the three bathrooms went wrong. So we all whole family used Single Bathroom). While going away, I informed Vincent about all issue, (cleanliness and bathroom) and he assured that he will do something. This is different that when I returned in evening, the same bedsheet were on the bed. The bathroom plumbing were fixed only to be broken next morning. Next Shock – Vincent is the ***ager cum receptionist cum full in-charge , but getting him was a big challenge. Most of the time he was no in the reception and not picking his cell phone. My intercom was still not working till I checked out. Only good thing that , they allowed my car to be parked till 1 PM on the check out date . I really appreciate it. Overall : It was an overly priced and a poorly maintained and ***aged resort. Far from city and finding any means to get out from here is a challenge . Very bad experience for me.

Currently am in resort (17/5/2022) now it’s 10:30pm. Me and my family traveled from Kerala , check in by 1:20 pm. On way itself am called them and said am on the way. Stil I waited here to get room , rooms are clean and nice, location is also good . But in bathroom no water is coming some times very narrow drops come that too brown color . Drinking water they given with dust . We gone outside and came back by 9:0 pm but no water in bathroom, 1 hour me my family waited caled the mr Vincent ( ***ager), we all r tired and waiting for water and by 10 pm they give me another room . In middle of night me and my family shifted to it. I have visited Ooty more than 10 times , I have stayed all types hotels or cottages in Ooty. I have visited Ooty with friends or my family but never had a experience like this. Am very much sorry to choose this place. If ***agement wants you can make this place an excellent one
