Probably the best place to stay in Ooty. We booked a Villa room, and it was neat and clean, and spacious (equipped with all necessary amenities). Resort is beautiful, with enough parking space for every cottage. Ooty lake is just 1km from here. Mr Stanley helped us with everything. And yes, the food is just awesome (even for North Indians). David (in the restaurant) was extremely helpful and welcoming. It is a must visit place if you r planning a trip to Ooty!!

Very nice, clean and good size rooms, excellent food service in room, nice from balcony, staff is very cooperative, nice car parking space, near to oooty lake and main bazaar, booked a suite room it has good size, ontime service, reasonable with cost

The food service was good and the employees Were very kind and especially David was very kind and he helped us to adjust our order.And the room service was good but the ,room’s restroom smelled a little bit disgusting,but it was alright as we were treated well.Thank you lake view we enjoyed a lot.

"Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a holiday trip and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out.And the Service of Mr.David is Very Good .

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a mixed experience.Firstly, the food quality was average. Despite requesting spicy food, my preference was not considered. I even asked for chutney, but it was not served even after I had finished my breakfast. Additionally, I found an eggshell in my omelet, which was quite disappointing.On a positive note, the room was well-maintained and clean, which made my stay comfortable. The hotel is situated on a lovely hill, offering a beautiful view that adds to its charm. The cab service provided by the hotel was also commendable and made traveling around convenient.However, I did encounter an issue with the hot water. The time the geyser provided hot water was too short, which was inconvenient.Overall, while there were some drawbacks with the food and hot water, the cleanliness, location, and cab service were definite highlights of my stay.

Ambience of the hotel is excellent. Restaurant staffs are helpful especially Mr. Rilvan. Helped us to choose good local cuisines... We recommend restaurant for taking care of everyone and tasty food................................

The stay was nice. Other than the great views, the main attraction is their in house food court. The food they serve had freshness and tasted good. Thumbs up for Mr. Ril van for the service at the food court. Good amount of parking available for guests.

Rilvan This is a great restaurant for both veg and non veg options. It also serves some local cuisines original to the native tribes of Ooty. The manager Mr. Rilvan is very courteous and helped us understand a lot about the local cuisines. The place has a very calming ambience
