Had a wonderful stay at Zostel Ooty. The property has a great vibe, beautiful views, and a very welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to the management and staff for making the experience so comfortable. Manager Subhas and Sujan were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the stay. They ensured everything was well managed and were always approachable for any support. Big appreciation to the HK (Housekeeping) team for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the property. The rooms and common areas were always neat and well taken care of. Also, kudos to the kitchen team for the tasty food and timely service. The meals added a lot of warmth to the overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in Ooty. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good hospitality. 🌿✨

A very comfortable and well-maintained hostel. The rooms are clean, food quality is good, and the atmosphere is friendly. Management and staff are supportive and cooperative. Overall, a safe and pleasant place to stay.

It was a very pleasant and extraordinary experience at the Zostel Ooty. The staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. On top of this, their food was the best!! I would highly recommend Zostel Ooty, if you are visiting Solo or with your friends.

Zostel Ooty is in beautiful building but a heads up that there is zero insulation between rooms so you can hear every bit of noise. Rather creepy since it feels like others are in the room with you. Room was cute and "rustic" style. Comfortable bed. A plus for the bedside lamp. Staff ok but no one around at night which felt odd. A plus for the seating areas upstairs since there is a view and it feels peaceful. Food at café was decent. Prices are a tad high. I enjoyed ordering via the app. Limited food options nearby and walking back up the hill is a hassle. I ate dinner in town. Near bus station but that’s about it.

Stayed at this hostel was honestly one of the highlights of my trip! From the moment I checked in, the vibe was super chill and welcoming. The staff were warm, helpful, and full of great local tips that made exploring the area so much easier. what I loved most was the atmosphere travelers from all over the world hanging out, sharing stories, and planning their next adventures together. I had a wonderful stay at this hostel ! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything, from travel tips to local recommendations. The location was perfect and close to main bus stand, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a cozy and budget-friendly stay.
