Hotel Welbeck Residency, Ooty

Really a very poor experience in this hotel first time in life.

There's no ac, no ceiling fan, no heater, no 24hr hot water supply. No elevator as well. Not good for elderly persons for rooms on second floor. Room ambience is not great, also furniture in the room was quite dusty. Food within the hotel was also not quite good. Though staff was polite and helpful all times.

There is no restuarant to have to food and hot water in few times only not always

Overpriced for a poor unhygienic room and unpainted wall over the years.

1. No AC, no fan for ventilation 2. No 24hrs hot water in bathroom 3. Limited basement parking. 4. Tea stalls in front of hotel (opp side on the road), making unsafe for rooms on first floor as ppl there keep looking at the windows 5. Poorly maintained restaurant (very unhygienic)

Hotel room service only one person is there

1. Interaction staff- The first interaction with the staff didn't go well . She was not welcoming . May be due to a long hectic day. But this affected the first impression. 2. Room cleanliness - i could spot a snail as and when I entered the room. 3. Infrastructure - No lift facility available. 4. Ambience and quality of stay - Really poor. Could hear loud noises of people talking from near by restuarant till 12 am. Which was difficult as I was travelling with a baby. 5. Bathroom - Hot water is available only for 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. 6. Value for money - i had paid for 3 rooms for a single night. Total waste of money 7. Complementary breakfast : Horrible food. 8. Staff: Unfriendly staff who has forgotten even to smile COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED

Hotel rooms are not maintain properly, bathroom not clean, hotel is totally different as shown in pictures, bed blankets not change

The rooms in the hotel are pretty good. The location of the property is in the centre of the city which makes it easily accessible. Had a great time staying in the welbeck residency.
