Got room no 201, not an ideal one to stay if you are not an early morning guy, water pump is right next to the room no need for alarm it will wake you up

The look of the hotel is great but the washroom bathroom needs renovation. It was not at all maintained properly. The toilet seat and the bath area was not up to the mark. These things need to be taken care of.

Pathetic room service. Didn’t do it even after multiple reminders. Didn’t respond even when i personally went to reception to ask for extra towels. Apart from this these people are either short staffed or highly inefficient because they take 20-30 min to take your order and then more than 1 hour to make it. And prices are way exorbitant. I paid 10 thousand per day here and it was only 3-4 thousand worth. I feel like cheated. But sadly apps like mm t don’t undertake any due diligence before listing a hotel on their app

Rooms were spacious with clean bed and bathrooms. Room flooring need little bit of maintenance, else all good. Location was lasso great, as all tourist places and restaurants were nearbuy. Housekeeping service can be improved, as they were really under staffed. Other than that service was good. Food was below average be it morning breakfast or al a carte. It needs major improvement.

Location was good, amenities and services were ok but the rooms didn't have good ventilation and a view. Please ensure that you visit the property and then only book york room as they are not advisable. Staff was courteous. We had booked derby rooms and i can say for sure that it wasn't value for money with no view and all closed room and one

Nice heritage property. Clean rooms. Situated inside the town, so most places are accessible. The food could have been better. There are no options to play for kids (no place, no games. The bonfire area is very small. Good for 5-10 people. The staff there (housekeeping, restaurant, room service, chefs) is very good, very friendly and cooperative.

Property is good and the location is good. Rooms are good and overall the hotel gives a hartigan feel. Staff is courteous. They can improve on their timings and quality of food.

The room and resort ambiance was pleasant. The interiors were made of wood in vintage style. The hotel staffs were nice and helpful. The staff helped me when my car got broke down there. Suggestion : the morning breakfast number of items and varieties can be improved as the hotels tariffs are near to 5 star
