Vinayaga Inn by Poppys, Ooty

The stay in vinayaga inn was truly amazing. First, its location is in prime. Very close to charring cross as well as the botanical garden. Can have a leisure stroll in the evenings and visit all the markets. Next, their staffs behavior is very polite and the rooms are cleaned, beds prepared for us every day in our stay. Overall, i would truly recommend this stay in ooty to others

I booked 2 days and my experience was quite good. Initially i was a little nervous because the comments are not upto the mark. But i feel the hotel is really good and ***agement provided good support. The food is also good and the location is near the botanical garden. We can reach by 5 min walk. Overall the stay was really good.

Hi folks, my review of vinayaga inn would be a long and detailed one but definitely a true experience which we had during our stay from 25-june to 27-june'22. We booked a double deluxe room which was moderately ok but some of the setting and the furniture were old and it never looked premium as per the description given. Some of the lights were not working which gave room a gloomy look. The pathetic room service was also completely annoying as they didn't give us what we wanted and the service time were also quite long as compared to my previous stays at different places and hotels. The dinner experience (in the room) was also no different where none of our requests were considered nor they delivered the pending items. In addition to this, the wifi password was shared with us after multiple follow-ups and the speed was very very poor. Instead, we used jio which was much better and was always available with us during the tour. In a nutshell, this hotel is good only from location perspective else it has no merit points. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone i know.
