Felt like in ooty also we may require air conditioners because of while raining room is little hot inside.

Neat and tidy rooms. Breakfast arrangement needs a lot of attention. Car parking arrangement is some where else due to narrow lane on which the property is located. Location location and location

I was a bit apprehensive as usual when i booked this hotel as this was the first time i booked a hotel in ooty. I started from kochi and rchd ooty via coimbatore. As reviews were good and the tariff was reasonable i chose this hotel. Being the off season ooty wasnt really crowded. I chkd into the hotel by arounf 2 o clock. I must say all the staff be it at the reception, house keeeping, security were all mild ***nered and welcomed us with a smiling face. Rooms were value for money( dont expect 5 star amenities at lower rates. Room and bathroom were clean and neat. Hot water avlbl for 24 hours. We requested for a fan and it was provided immdtly by mr. ***i. They hv a parking in the basement which is a little steep. But worry not, they hv another parking behind the hotel. As it was not the season the security person asked me to park my car right in front of the hotel. They hv a bar as well( which i didnt visit) and a restaurant. As i had not opted for complimentary breakfast, i visited the restaurant only on the day of my departure. The food was good. Rates were nominal. Overall a good place to stay in ooty.

Soffa tables are not clean not provide parking, i got my vehicle roof damaged while parking in under seller piller is hit to my vehicle roof and got stuck in passing in to seller security guard not came to guide while parking, simply said park there and went away, not provide complimentary bf also,

Neat & clean. Staff is completely professional & walkable distance to city market and botatical garden. Food is good at reasonable price in restaurant.

Room was good and clean but charges are there for not getting any service. Hotel charged me 432 rs for laundry without getting laundry services they are charging for it.
