During our family vacation in ooty during may 3rd week, i booked our accommodation at hotel silver oak through makemytrip. Hotel is very near to market area still away from hustle bustle. Slightly uphill. Deluxe double room was clean though not very spacious. No veran*** or much of a view. Veran*** and views are available in their cottage rooms. Hot water available from 6 am in toilet. Service average. Facilities in the room could have been better. Veg restaurant sumukha is running but the non veg restaurant is closed. I felt the room tariff is overpriced. But it's a safe and decent family hotel for those tourists who want to stay in the city area.

Communication good. Service good need improvement in cleaning. Overall perfor***ce is very good south indian food arrangements for dinner.
