This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )

Had a great stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was nice and cosy. Temperature got slightly cold at night and we had to switch on the heater. It had TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, weighing machine, iron. Storage space was plenty. Room service was delayed and there is definite scope of improvement. Regarding food, hotel has a good spread of buffet. We have dietary restrictions though and we don't eat onion/garlic plus my wife has allergies and can't eat groundnut, garam masala, beans etc. - a special mention for Chef Raja here who took care of these and still made amazingly tasty food. He was polite and patiently listened to our requests and went over and beyond giving complimentary stuff as well for pur 5-year-old kid. Although, they are bit short-staffed though as any request like getting water, cutlery, napkins etc took sometime and sometimes they even forgot and had to be reminded. They have bonfire every night and even though we spent 15 mins - it was a good experience and we could have easily spent more time only we were tired and our kid was getting bit cranky. Hotel also had a couple of swings and few board games like carrom, ludo, chess etc. - not so great but still something. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This is the best hotel in Ooty very good every year we are coming here and I suggest you to go to this hotel and try yourselves

Extremely relaxing and pleasurable stay. The overall staff ranging from security, restaurants, housekeeping and reception were extremely courteous and warm in their engagement with not only us but with everyone interacting with them.

Excellent hospitality! It was our anniversary- staff treated us really well. Anniversary cake was sent to our room. Chocolates were provided to us during breakfast. Breakfast spread was fresh and tasty. Apart from that, high tea and bonfire with unlimited liquor were on the house for all guests. Which justifies the premium pricing. Location is very good. Walking distance from rose garden, in the city, and nice views. Overall, a great and memorable experience.

Friendly staff the food was clean n tasty..specially for children..everything was awesome..highly recommended ..we ordered cheese toast specially for children and it was very good..also the buffet breakfast and lunch was awesome…..

The bartender sathish is at his best work and his service is up to the mark .the bar food is good and ambience of the bar is very pleasant and the service is best . The request from our side is to organise some Breezer drink from next time . Thanks for the best service

This one of the best experiences in ITC group of hotel. Service staffs are very friendly like Pritheevi and other help desk staff. Food is very tasty and quality. Every day Completely evening snack and drinks attracts. Campfire nights also very nice for Ooty climate
