Very disappointing stay at this hotel. By pressing the wrong key, double the number of rooms for us as a family was ordered and paid for. We didn't think it would be a problem
The answer we got was: You won't get a refund and you won't get extra days' stay. What about staying at a later date - sorry!
But we got "free" parking (only NOK 3800) for the car
We were very disappointed as a family, do not want to recommend this hotel.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel als gut zu bewerten.
Preis- Leistung ist in Ordnung.
Ausnahme ist vor allem die Parkplatzsituation. Für ältere Menschen mühsam bis schwierig.
Sehr laut ! Zu empfehlen daher ein Zimmer zur Parkseite u nicht mit Meerblick.

Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to attractions. For sure we will come again!

A very good deal We stayed for one night at Bristol Hotel with a tour. Our room no. 320 was good sized, but it faced a construction site where a backhoe was busy dumping dirt into trucks during the day. It was quiet and peaceful at night, and the hotel buffet dinner was delicious with many enticing offerings. Similarly, the buffet breakfast was delightful. The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants and the Lungomare. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel Bristol Hotel provides a very good deal.
