This hotel definitely needs an overhaul. The carpets were dirty and threadbare and the decor totally dated. The staff at the front desk were cold. The only saving Grace was the breakfast buffet - it was best I’ve ever experienced.

The Adriatic II is a grand hotel that is (still?) showing its age.
Our sea view room was very small and didn't smell fresh.
The breakfast room is (like the lobby) extremely loud, but of good quality.
Due to a wedding, the parking situation was very tight; I was directed to an outside parking space.
I wouldn't book it again.

The hotel is really very nice, just like in the photos. However, you can only get to the pool if you cross a small street, which is not visible in the photos.
Parking fees are too high. Rooms are a bit too small. Staff are not really helpful.
But if you just sleep there and use the pool and wellness area a bit, then it is very nice.
Pool and wellness area as well as lobby area are very nice, clean and stylish.

positive: very fast check-in, professional staff, Santa's welcome upon arrival, small but nicely decorated and clean room, fascinating sea view from the balcony, comfortable bed, delicious food, good offer

One of the smallest room I have seen in my life. I wouldn't go back before majing sure I cam get a bigger one. Otherwise the hotel and the facilities are fine.

Honesty. I was accidentally overcharged, and later in the day when they caught the error it was immediately fixed. I would have never known, if not for their honesty.
