Il y a juste le lobby de beau. Le service est pourrie les chambres sont pas propres et l’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas… problème de salle de bain … rien ne va il y a des cheveux et des poils dans nos draps. J’ai beau alller à la réception et personne règle le problème. C’est vraiment la première et dernière fois qu’on vient ici. On voyage beaucoup et ça nous est jamais arriver.

Hi everyone I ride from Amsterdam to Croatia and Booked this hotel for one night stay. Soon as the checking everything was fine we felt welcomed and the staff was very professional. Barbara the front office agent explained us everything we need to know about the hotel and surrounding areas. The room the spa and the breakfast were all great, unfortunately the next day the spa was out of order. But Barbara send a champagne to our room for an apology and as an compensation and she even went a step further and helped us with some additional compensation And she made sure that we left the hotel in a good mood. Would definitely recommend and I hope I'll be back soon !

Das Hotel ist in einer super Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und mit kurzen Weg zum Opatija Zentrum. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück und das Abend Büffet ist Mega . Der Spa-Bereich und die Anwendungen sind einfach Mega. Das Hotel ist einfach nur zu empfehlen

I didn't even manage to stay at this place because the hotel canceled my reservation seven days after I paid and few days before our arrival date. I had already bought the plane tickets which have now gone to waste. There was no apology,no explanation at all. The message I received was only that the hotel won't be open for my selected dates. Interestingly, Booking says they're sold out - I guess they wanted to give my reservation to a more important guest. Still waiting to see if I'll get my money back.

Hotel fantastico pulito e accogliente con tutto l l'occorrente.... Personale sempre a disposizione e molto gentile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Le piscine belle grandi e le saune con un panorama Super 👌

there are two hotels in the same location' I was gest at "Grand Hotel Adriatic I" the 4 star hotel. I stayed at the hotel, the hotel is beautiful and nice, but during the vacation I tripped on an invisible slope in the floor near the elevator, the light bulbs were burned out and the place was very dark, one of the staff members offered help, I broke my leg and was rushed to the orthopedic department where I was casted and then flown back to my country, the management took responsibility however She did not apologize or compensate in any way, even in the slightest. I spent two months at home without being able to move around, just a shame, the hotel is definitely not recommended!

Wij hebben dit hotel voor 12 nachten geboekt in het hoogseizoen. We wilden graag een mooi hotel vanwege onze huwelijksreis. Dit is ons jammer genoeg erg tegengevallen. Ik zou het hotel als zeer matig beoordelen. En zouden dit hotel dus zeker niet aanraden. De service was ver te zoeken. De manager van het hotel komt haar afspraken niet na en was buitengewoon onvriendelijk. Afspraken werden niet genoteerd en moesten iedere keer weer aan een andere medewerker opnieuw ons verhaal doen. De eerste nacht hebben we zonder airco geslapen (in augustus!) omdat deze defect was en er geen technische dienst aanwezig was. We hebben toen de volgende dag een zogenaamde 'upgrade' naar een andere kamer gekregen. Deze kamer was nog minder, omdat we toen 'uitzicht hadden op de parkeerplaats in plaats van zeezicht. En dat voor een kamer van ruim €300,- per nacht! Het ontbijt was goed, wel erg massaal, daar moet je van houden. Parkeren kostte 20,- per dag. Er was weinig parkeergelegenheid en de parkeerplaatsen erg smal. Het zwembad is aan de overkant van de straat en overvol. Je moet dus al vroeg je' bedje' reserveren. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.

The room was smaller than we expected, but had a lovely view. The bed was comfortable. The wellness centre was very good. And spacious. We had breakfast and dinner here, both Buffett style and a lot of choice.
