As always a wonderful stay. Breakfast is excellent and dinner in the restaurant is an experience. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating.

Wir haben uns auf der Geschäftsreise von 2 Nächten für ein 5 Sterne Hotel entschieden. Statt 2 getrennten Betten bekamen wir ein Doppelbett. Wir haben eine Baustelle im Hotel vorgefunden, uns wurde vom Personal aber Ruhe versprochen. Ab 08:00 Uhr morgens bis Nachmittag wurde dann lautstark Beton gebohrt. Schlafen war leider nicht möglich. Beim Anruf an der Rezeption sagte man uns, die Arbeiten sind jetzt fertig, gingen aber Stunden weiter. Es war grauenhaft. Wir haben auch Videos vom Baulärm aufgenommen, es sind leider nur Bilder hier möglich zu teilen. Abends wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir können mit dem Manager eine Lösung finden über die Rechnung eines Abendessens von 322€, was für uns akzeptabel gewesen wäre aufgrund der Umstände und Abreise am nächsten Morgen. Beim Checkout war dies nicht möglich, stattdessen wurde ein Voucher mit zunächst 6 Monaten Gültigkeit angeboten. Da dieses Hotel keine weiteren Niederlassungen hat, wir Ameisen im Bad fanden und nicht wieder an diesen Ort kommen, ist ein Voucher keine Option für uns. Wir fordern eine akzeptable Lösung, keine Empfehlung für diese Hotel. We opted for a 5 star hotel on our 2 night business trip. Instead of 2 separate beds we got a double bed. We found a building site in the hotel, but we were promised peace and quiet by the staff. From 08:00 in the morning until the afternoon, concrete was being drilled loudly. It was impossible to sleep. When we called reception we were told that the work was now finished, but continued for hours. It was horrible. We also recorded videos of the construction noise, unfortunately only pictures are possible to share here. In the evening we were told that we could find a solution with the manager about the bill for a dinner of €322, which would have been acceptable to us due to the circumstances and departure the next morning. At checkout this was not possible, instead we were offered a voucher with an initial validity of 6 months. As this hotel has no other branches, we found ants in the bathroom and will not be returning to this location, a voucher is not an option for us. We demand an acceptable solution, no recommendation for this hotel.

beautiful location and very kind staff. The room was very nice, with large windows and super view. Excellent restaurant!

Im großen und ganzen hat alles gepasst. Es gibt leider kein fitnesscenter.
