The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Interior is disgusting! Service is terrible! Hotel manager - can enter your room (if you’re not in the room) without warning and take your personal stuff if she doesn't like it! This woman (manager) speaks exclusively profanity, so if you don't understand Czech, be prepared to be humiliated! I highly recommend you to look for another hotel and not to spoil your mood here!

Spent one night at hotel. Few pro and cons. Pro - Hotel has excellent location, its quiet, not pet friendly, offer friendly staff and rooms smells amazing, like home. Cons - my bathroom was dirty. I don't mean nobody is cleaning there, but nobody gave it a proper scrub for ages, just wipe and mop. Kettle smeled and there was dirty spoon ready for coffee break / dried jogurt on /. Terrible pillows.

Останавливался в этом отеле много раз. Но в этот - моё полное разочарование. 1. Это самый плохой и пустой завтрак за много лет моих путешествий. Не было ничего, даже хлеба. Сладкое закончилось, йогуртов, которые были всегда - нет. Ничего нет. Обслуживание плохое. 2, Стойка регистрации вечером закрывается решеткой. Как в тюрьме. Если вы так не любите своих гостей и не доверяете им - убирайте все с полок. Но закрывать на решетку - это ужас. 3. В моём номере кровати стояли на какой-то ступеньке. Что это? Трубы коммуникаций? 4. Интерьер всего отеля пора обновить - всё это выглядит как провинциальный отель в советском Союзе. Ужас. Надеюсь к следующему моему приезду вы все исправите.
