This hotel is a total disaster, placed on amazing place but feels like it hasn’t been cleaned od serviced since 1980. Food on breakfast are horrible and not eatable. Cleaning ladies try to literally break into your room every morning at 8am. Bathroom is full of woman’s hair from probably several customers before me. In half of the rooms air conditioner does not work and it is so hot on island that you probably won’t even sleep. There is a beach party every night on beach in front of the hotel making loud noises till 5am. TV is also not working in most of the rooms, all upper floors do not have wifi. Also there was a dead cat in front of the hotel which we told stuff to remove and after three days it was still lying there.

Not enough parking. Accommodation very average. Room cleaning is poor. Staff mostly friendly. The food is delicious, but unfortunately mostly cold. Poor choice of desserts. The beach is beautiful. Just a little bit and could be much better.

Room and bathroom were OK, clean, airconditioned and calm (with the balcony door closed). Food was tasty, but there wasn't really a big choice. Breakfast was ordinary, monotonous and dull. The variety of food wasn't rich by itself and as being a vegetarian I spent the whole week on salads (beware: not all are without meat) and side dishes (baked potatoe, rice and nuddles), I was happy if there were some grilled vegetables. As the hotel offers all-inclusive, the drinks you can get (in a lot of plastic glasses) are all from the machine, tasting very sweet and monotonous. The beach is actually non-exsistent, just like 10m x 2m at the time of tide, but you can of course get up very early in the morning to rent a deckchair for 8,50€ or reserve the place under the palms on the concrete floor. The shadow varies from time of the day, there's actually no shadow and no peace. People are crowded together and there' s music all the time from the hotel and the bar next to the hotel. I'd recommend to visit beaches on Island Proizd, with the taxi boat from Vela Luka (13€ both ways) , that's the place to relax in shadow and calmness.

I thought long and hard about this review as a fussy englishman. Just remember its a island and from Split its 3 hours on the ferry. Hotel food was really good, lots of it and plenty of choice, same with the bar. There is no lift at this hotel and with a bad knee and being on the top floor was ok but a struggle - no rooms on the groung floor. The rooms are ok but a little tired - curtains ripped but was clean. The staff here are all so friendly at reception - Emma is just gorgeous and helpful. The barman David was so helpful and nice too. It is a water front hotel but there is no beach just gravel so you need beach shoes and there is rock to negotiate when you get in the water but all ok. Remamber to take towel for the beach and toiletries for the room as not supplied. I would stay here again....

When we were on a boat to the hotel, the view on the hotel was remarcable and we couldn't wait to get to the destination. When we entered we were so shocked and disapointed, starting with stuff on reception without a smile on their face, we didin't feel welcome at all. Then our disapointment continues when we entered the room - the old furniture in very bad shape (it's not the problem its oldness but cleanness), the carpet in the hall was like someone vomited on it! The TV in the room didn't work, we had to repoprt it several times and then after 2 days someone came to "repair" it, after that we had only german TV stations (we are Croatians who doesn't speak german...) In the bathroom everything was rusted. The food was evenly during 7 days (all inclusive!), desserts catastrofic. In the end we tried to compensate "the view on the sea" that we payed additionally (cca 60€) with all negativities we've experienced but the manager on the reception didn't even want to hear about it. We won't recommend this hotel even to an enemy!!
