On Sunday 29/9/2024 the hotel manager booked a wedding party in the hotel’s ‘conference suite’. If live Croatian bands are your thing - fine, but I laid out a lot of money for a room in the expectation of getting a night’s sleep. The band played from 22:30 until 1:30 so loudly that sleep in my first floor room was impossible. Despite complaining twice, no apology or comment from the hotel manager has been forthcoming. Other irritations are that the spa, which looks beautiful in the photos, has plenty of issues: 1. Steam room not working at all 2. Sauna was stone cold and not working at all 3. Shower facilities have some issue with the drains and smell of sewage. The barman is great, but seems to be the only person who knows what’s going on. To pay my bar bill I had to queue for 15 minutes behind other customers plus other members of staff who all needed his assistance. BTW the drink prices are exorbitant. Walk five minutes outside the hotel and you can buy the same drinks for one third of the price.

We were on a group tour of Croatian coast and it was nice to enter a relaxing colonial type hotel in a lovely small town. The room was lovely and spacious with a view of the pool. The most enormous bed ever! Breakfast was good. Pools looked lovely but didn't try. We had a choice of eve meals with wine, but have to say the food was nothing special for 5* hotel, so a bit disappointing. some of the staff were quite stern but Tarek was always friendly at breakfast and dinner. Liked their risotto starters but need to up their game with the rest of the food.

Great hotel, spacious room, excellent food, very welcome indoor pool and spa on a rainy day. Would have been even better with more attention to detail e.g. we reported our safe wasn't working and the skylight was locked, not resolved by the time we checked out. Drinks expensive, very limited by the glass (only the house red). Some staff very efficient and helpful, others not. Not a lot to do in the immediate area but Split is a taxi or bus ride away.

The hotel is good but I would rank it as 4 star and not 5 star.One of the problems was shortage of towels which were not replaced on time.Ina in reception was very helpful and efficient and was always willing to help.Breakfast was very good and was made more enjoyable by excellent service provided by Tarek.Nothing was too much trouble for Tarek.

The hotel was clean and nice location. Ina at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Tarik in the restaurant was very helpful and looked after everyone’s individual needs. Service with a smile from Tarik made a difference Location of the hotel is nice and lovely restaurants near by.

The hotel was luxurious, pleasant and comfortable. The food was always fresh, tasty and healthy, as well as presented well. The staff was very professional. For our family, especially for my wife, daughter and myself, two of the staff members really stood out with their professionalism, approachability and kindness. Thank you to everyone working at this beautiful facility. Special thank you to Tarek and Dember, who were lovely to get to know even though our time was limited (Aug.28-sep.3). Best wishes always!

Great hotel and accommodation. Rooms are beautiful and big. Servise is nice. Definitely will come again. We stayed as couple for 3 days, Nice environment. Turkish sauna is not working which is pitty. Three swimming pools one inside and 2 outside

Hotel is mooi dicht bij het centrum. Omgeving is rustig. Heerlijk ontbijt. Personeel is vriendelijk. Vooral Tarek van het ontbijt is heel attent en super gastvrij. Zijn vriendelijkheid is very special. Thank you Tarek. Kleine aandachtspunten over actuele informatie is wel nodig. Voorkomt allerlei discussies. Welness en zwembaden waren geweldig. Treatment was oke. De safe op kamer kon niet op slot. All met all is een prima Hotel.
