Small and clear as we like it. Close to the beach. Close to Dubrovnik, but recommend boat-taxi instead of car due to traffic. The boat was much cheaper than the car taxi t/r, and took the same time!
The room; yellow Diamond was spacious and with a large terrace. Very welcoming and service minded "staff". The only thing we probably missed was breakfast and a small bar.
But close to restaurants and supermarket, so all in all we had a very nice experience!

Miss Nika's attention was great!! She speaks Spanish very fluently and is very nice, a great professional!! The turquoise room was very nice and spacious, had a coffee maker and 2 different rooms, a large terrace. The beach (stone) and the promenade area are a 3-minute walk away with many restaurants and in front of the hotel entrance a shopping center with 3 supermarkets. From the hotel to the center of the walled city of Dubrovnik, 12 minutes in an Uber that cost us €12. To say something negative, the hot water runs out, of the 3 the last one showered with cold water.

Nice apar**ent building with different «theme» on the rooms. We stayed in yellow diamond; spacy room with a terrace. 10 meters to a work out room and to the reception. Nice and friendly staff. 10 km from Dubrovnik. We went to the old town by taxi car and by taxi boat. Will recommend boat due to heavy traffic on the road. Even cheaper also. We paid 15€ for one person both ways for boat, and the car costed 38€ one way!! A little disappointed of no breakfast service and no bar…. But good restaurants nearby and supermarkets. We had a lovely stay:-))

Beautiful small hotel about 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik and 5 minuets walk from the beach. There are several Restaurants nearby, shopping center across the street and a small food market a block away. The rooms are beautiful, modern and spotless. There is also a nice yard attached to each room with a table , chairs and sun loungers. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a nice coffee maker in the room. They also gave us a fruit basket and wine when we arrived. The management and hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. It was great to come back to our room after exploring busy, crowded Dubrovnik during the daytime. Overall, an A+ experience. I would Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing place lovely staff especially Nica who was our host and the team looking after our apar**ent. Option of breakfast served up on your private terrace each morning. Lovely pool area everything spotless, 5 mins walk to the beach directly opposite the shopping centre. Outstanding.
