We were very disappointed upon arrival to the property. The look of it was nothing like the picture depicted on *******’s website. We received the run around from the front desk concerning a cancellation and receiving a refund. Spokespersons for ******* supported the front desk’s position. After much time and agony, we were offered $25 to a $100 on another hotel reservation on the future. Why?! I had to call ******* twice to no resolve from the spokespersons. It was a nigh**are.

Room and property was very dirty. Several vital items broken and non-functioning in room. Staff made us walk around the outside of the building to access our room instead of allowing us to use the lobby (they had their personal belongings strowed all over the lobby).

It was poorly stocked. Very very small. Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in any hotel. Burns on the comforter. Bathroom was dirty she. We arrived. Easy to park and enter room

The property was not worth my money. The room walls were dirty, baseboards and the shower curtain. The room has a smell and the AC unit look like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The property is poorly maintained and represents nothing like the pictures.
