Overall it was a nice hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The pillows were a bit small but comfy. I didn't to much like breakfast. French toast was hard and sausage was mushy. We managed to get satisfied with grid and coffee

Check-in was a horror story. I would fire Maryland if she work for me. My room was not ready and she came up with every excuse in the world and then told me I was rude. It’s not my problem she cannot do her job. I really do not wish to come back here. I hope I didn’t never have to deal with her again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and very informative. They staff in the dining area, for breakfast, was excellent too. They each made the stay very welcoming.

There is not a positive aspect of this hotel. Upon entry to the hotel, you will find it smells as if it is a **** grow house. Rooms are musty and dark. Elevator made horrible noise and ****ed each time making everyone inside gasp. Took stairs the rest of the time. Maids were rude and very unhappy when we asked for a new towel. Bedspread had stain. Paint chipping. Carpet felt sticky. AC is locked and too warm at night. Next door to our room a towel was pushed under the door to keep a smell out? Honestly wondered if this was a grow room. Would never eat breakfast there because it seemed improbable that it was cleanly cooked and put out. I honestly think this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Stay at Hampton Inn. Will seem 3 stars higher quality.

There was telephone or clock in the rooms. Main elevator had the tendency to shake going up and down. Let out couch was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs pressing through.
