Nous avons pris le repas du soir au restaurant de l'hôtel Nous avons été très très déçu d'un repas qui devait être étoilé par un repas de cafétéria et encore je suis gentille Le service n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement Nous avons pris un apéritif en terrasse le serveur nous a servi sur une table qui la débarrassé sans essuyer les taches et miettes des personnes avant Pour le repas du soir le service est froid sans attention pour le client

Esordisco dicendo che ho trovato nel frigobar una coca in bottiglia scaduta a Maggio 2023
Arrivato sabato ho dovuto fare la doccia calda domenica mattina perché essendoci troppi Clienti la portata dell'acqua è limitata e scende fredda
Nel bagno ho trovato dietro auno rotto (non scendeva l acqua) dei capelli, la federa del cuscino macchiata e lo scopino del water con il manico rotto inutilizzabile e la ventola della toilette non funzionante.....tutto questo per 220€ di camera in un 4 stelle.....NO COMMENT
L unica nota positiva e la cordialità dell'ottimo personale per il resto non vale la pena mi dispiace
E in tutto questo neanche un euro di sconto!!!
Non mi rivedranno e spero che leggano questa recensione.

En tant que parents nous sommes venus sans les enfants pour profiter d’une bulle de plaisir et de repos, nous avons été surpris de voir à quel point le cadre est idyllique, le personnel au petit soin et le repas exceptionnel ! Notre chambre était splendide avec une vue sur le golf, le spa est magnifique et propose de nombreuses activités ! Nous avons pris le menu en 6 étapes qui était excellent et très très copieux ! On vous remercie encore pour votre accueil vous nous avez fait rêver pendant tout un week end !

Aucun professionnalisme au niveau restaurant , nous commandons 2 *****ni en apéritif 14 euros le verre !!! En demandant à la serveuse si c'était possible,elle nous reponds je sais pas je vais demander et on nous sert les verres qui en aucun cas était un *****ni .Le barman qui a que de nom barman ignorer les ingrédients c'était insipide , et "cerise "sur le gâteau nous avions un morceau se pamplemousse dans le verre. A la carte pas une seule salade composée, plats fade , je demande si je peu avoir une salade n'importe quoi on me réponds il y a uniquement ce qui es sur la carte .
