GRAND HOTEL D'ORANGE, BW SIGNATURE COLLECTION BY BEST WESTERN

Terrific! We became very! We were warmly welcomed at reception, but previously we couldn't reach it because the access road to the hotel was blocked and our sat nav couldn't find a way. After calling the hotel, an employee came running from there! and opened the barrier and walked us alongside our car to the hotel. Then he accompanied my husband to the parking lot, as it was complicated to get to the reserved parking space in a large hall because of a church event with a high-ranking dignitary, for which the police had closed everything. This was a unique event in Orange, but the hotel helped us a lot with the car. Our junior suite was very large with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was the largest we had in 6 weeks of vacation in France, everything was perfectly equipped, classic style, but with very nice tiles. The shower was very large and nothing got wet outside and the tile floor in the shower was not smooth but very secure (much ! better than most other hotels). Showering there was a pleasure! Everything was nicely furnished, NOT “loveless” as written in another guest review, that’s not true. The heating worked well (November) and you could sleep with the window open, it was so quiet. We didn't have breakfast there, so no opinion on that. Location perfect in the center. A wonderful stay, absolutely recommended, thank you very much to the hotel and its staff!!

j'ai logé 2 nuits au Grand Hotel d'Orange un très agréable séjour dans un hotel ou on se sent le bienvenu a proximité de la gare (10 minutes à pied), du centre historique l ensemble des prestations est de qualité un endroit ou on est pressé de revenir !

Emplacement super avec un garage sécurisé en centre ville. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel avenant. Dîner raffiné. Petit déjeuner dans la chambre sans supplément. Que demander de plus……………..

j'ai été impressionné par la qualité de l'hébergement . La chambre était spacieuse, propre et équipée de tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel était extrêmement accueillant et professionnel. Ils étaient toujours prêts à aider et à répondre à mes questions, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. La nourriture servie dans le restaurant était exceptionnelle. Les plats étaient bien préparés, savoureux et joliment présentés. J'ai vraiment apprécié chaque repas que j'ai pris pendant mon séjour. J'ai adoré les équipements . La piscine était magnifique et relaxante, le spa était incroyable. J'ai eu l'occasion de me détendre et de prendre soin de moi pendant mon séjour. La situation du grand hôtel était idéale pour moi. Il était situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, sur une jolie petite place mais à proximité des attractions locales et des transports en commun. C'était parfait pour explorer la ville pendant la journée et se reposer tranquillement la nuit.
