Stayed for two nights, about 25 minutes' drive from Disneyland. I didn't expect to see fireworks. It was so empty. The cookies provided by the hotel were delicious. The laundry room was far away and dark and thin. The machine was dirty and damaged. I finished drying some clothes. Smelly. There are fast food and Orange outlets nearby, but there is nothing to buy.

The cookies they give you when you check in at the hotel are so delicious. You must eat it while it is warm. It was convenient to have a Disneyland shuttle.

Facilities: The bathroom is a bit old, but others are pretty good
Health: Very clean
Environment: OK, but the hotel is close to a crossroads, the sound of car horns is still loud, and the sound insulation is not very good

With the exception of the parking fee of $28 bucks per day, I liked everything about the Hotel FERO in terms of customer service, facilities & cleanliness. The best part I like about the hotel is the convenient location to Interstate 5, the Honda Center, Angels Stadium, a walkable shopping center and restaurants.

Overall, it was very clean, comfortable and nice. However, it was a little disappointing that water was not provided in the room and no new water was provided for 3 days. But overall I was satisfied.

1. there was no fridge although room description says yes. Front manager said there were some rooms without it as the hotel was undergoing remodeling and I was UNLUCKY. no further action was taken.
2. Housekeeping of this hotel is based on request. It was Sunday and I asked housekeeping service on the way out. the front manager said she will take a note to housekeeping team. But my room was not serviced and the the other front manager inn duty said no housekeeping on Sunday. what?
3. no free water unless hilton silver member of higher.
4. no WIFI unless subscribe hilton membership. Description says WIFI is free without conditions.
I will not visit this hotel again under this management. period.
