Excellent location if your visiting Chapman University.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great, but the hours were limited. We would have preferred to eat earlier in order to get to the parks earlier. We also wished we had a microwave in the room and access to water to fill water bottles (water was only accessible at breakfast). We would stay here again.

On first glance this hotel seemed like a cheap motel option. We needed a hotel near the airport and at $98 per night the price was right and the reviews were good. We arrived late and were greeted by a very sweet and professional lady that checked us in. When we opened the hotel room door we were pleasantly surprised. The room was completely renovated. Bright with white and light blue colors. Very nice change from old hotel brown colors. No carpeting which was great. Comfortable bed. There was even a separate room with its own sofabed, tv and window for light. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The breakfast lady was very welcoming and friendly. My only complaint was the loud banging noise that woke us up early the next morning. I called to the front desk but the man that answered said he didn't know what it was. Never heard back from him. Turns out they were renovating rooms next to us. There was no apology or anything. So we lost sleep and checked out early because of this. It would have been nice if they warned us about the work going on and offered us a room farther away.
