Not worth the money. They are not very pet friendly! I Have a tiny dog that stays in her crate and they are the first Hampton that wouldn't wavier the pet fee. I was very shocked and disappointed. The hotel was nice but not worth over 250.00. They had a nice variety for breakfast.

Stopped in again while visiting family in orange. Checking in was easy. Greeted by helpful, friendly young man at front desk. Room was clean, cool, quiet. Bathroom large. Had a great stay. Lobby and parking lot clean. No complaints, will stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean and modern, the room was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Free breakfast buffet had a generous selection and excellent mini cheese omelets. Highly Recommended!

Old bed room smelled moldy. Paint dirty and not very clean. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Staff was nice in mornings but was not during check in. Water had a not pleasant taste. Pool was closed for either health or maintenance.

Desk agent and manager were great! Check in process was a breeze. Room and facilities are very clean and in good repair. No off odors noticed throughout the property.

The service desk was very pleasant and friendly. Also very helpful. I would say I’d like for it to have had better access to food and other conveniences.These would be the only things I would want to be different the most and that is to ensure that the bathroom is cleaner

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at! I get that they were remodeling the inside, but the rooms were dirty. My room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the drain in the tub was clogged, there was someone elses hair in the bath tub, the beds were very uncomfortable and one of the bed frames was wobbly. Another person in my traveling party had to switch rooms because their room smelled horrible (almost like a dirty, rotten, mildew smell). The room they switched to smelled also and the only way to get rid of that smell was to turn the ac on high to help mask yhe smell. They didnt have the normal breakfast and instead offered frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that you uad to warm up in your room.
The staff wasnt friendly at all!!! It was almost as if you were bothering them by asking a question. They seemed very annoyed to help out.
I will never stay at this location again!!! Worst service by far!

Downstairs looks very rough as in they pulled wallpaper off and left it like that. It doesn’t appear they’re actively remodeling.
