Sleep Inn Orange Beach

The breakfast options were amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Location was amazing! Beach right there. Room was clean well equipped. Our trip was last minute thing and they had a room. Wanted to spend the 250 year on the beach Atmosphere was great! Room was quite we had to pay a premium price but over all for last minute and a king room with a view. 1st floor we were very happy! Everyone was amazing to deal with! Checking on was a breeze and check out was smooth. Loved the fresh omelettes. Great breakfast.

Great location great breakfast but seriously dangerously steep walk to beach w jaggy handrails. Smell in room & multiple issues In Bathroom such as loose molding, torn wall cover, and part of mirror taped back on. The rate jumped ridicously for the last night of the stay! & checkin guy was eating in my Face & said I couldn’t get no choice rewards gifts ,

The hotel is great. I felt comfortable as a solo female traveler. The hotel is right on the beach. It’s close to lots of restaurants and things to do,

Room 314. Had a view of the beach from the side of the hotel. Mini balcony- you could open the door and there was a railing but no room for a chair. Pool was directly below outside of window. Room is small with two double beds. The furniture is a bit old and needs updating. The beds were comfy but did squeak . The sink is on the outside of the bathroom and had only 4” counter space. The shower was large walk in with a shower nozzle that you could remove to wash feet and shoes. Had a door that closed to use shower/ toilet. This room was close to elevator and ice machine so a bit noisy in the morning when everyone is going to breakfast/ or beach. AC was cold. Had a mini fridge and a microwave and a keurig . Housekeeping came everyday and did a great job. Free breakfast had waffles you make and pastries, cereal and microwaveable breakfast sandwhiches . The omelet station was great , you choose your ingredients they made you fresh omelet . The walk to the beach was short , it is very close . Even the boardwalk is short, although a little steep. Staff was always friendly.

It needs a serious makeover. Cleaning the outside of the room doors would be a start. Dirty hall Carpet, banged up furniture, front of refrigerator was not clean,shower door close the the towel rack was not clean, there was some moldy spots around the wood at the bottom of the shower from water damage it seemed, the bed makes noise when you move and sounds like metal springs. It needs painting, the bathroom is super small, my room only had a shower. It says it has a balcony and you can see a little of the gulf, but it’s on the small side, and you can barely turn around on it. You sure can’t sit there. There is some mold on the chairs by the pool that needs to be addressed. It’s very dated overall. On the plus side: the location is great. It is Gulf Front. The bed was comfortable (even though noisy). You can get a homemade omelette for breakfast and there were several breakfast choices. I doubt I would stay again until some updates are done.

Jennifer Hadden the night shift clerk is such a sweetheart! She talked to me for hours! Now I not only gained a wonderful trip but also an amazing friend! The rooms are clean and spacious the location is close to everything and the free breakfast omelette is amazing! Make sure you get up late at night or really early so you can talk to her!

We spent 1 nite here as we wanted to shop at the Tanger Outlet before we drove to PCB. The hotel is so nice and we had a wonderful room! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony facing the Gulf and got to see a sunset and sunrise! So beautiful! The hotel staff informed us there was breakfast in the lobby in the mornings, so we went downstairs to eat. We were very surprised to find a young lady in the breakfast room cooking omelets to order1 You gave her a slip of paper you filled out with what you wanted in your omelet and took a number. In a short while, she had it ready! She was so fast and the omelets were fantastic! There was also cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, and egg and sausage and cheese biscuits to choose from! We were pleasantly spoiled! We will be here again!

The Sleep Inn on the Beach is wonderful!!! From the location, the views, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the free breakfast (including omelets to order), the pool, free snowcones from 12-8, to literally being steps from the beach!! We slept with our balcony door open listening to the waves every night. The hotel was full but we never heard a sound from other guests. We were in room 318 and it was perfectly located in the corner. There is a Walmart and Rouses Market right across the road along with restaurants and souvenir shops which was very convenient!! We could walk for miles in either direction on the beach and we greeted with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets daily!! I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay at Sleep Inn on the Beach!! We will absolutely be back!!!
