The walls must be very thick because I could not hear the interstate or the neighbors that were playing loud music and drinking beer next door. They had their door open playing music when I passed by. I think they were making tortillas in the room. The AC is wonderfully quiet. The fridge made noise, but I reported it when I left. If you unplug a fridge make sure you put a towel inside to absorb the water. The parking lot is well lighted. The area seemed very safe (not near bad neighborhoods). Breakfast was served by an employee. You just tell them what you want. The scrambled eggs do not have salt added for those with diet concerns (very nice). Fantastic coffee! Only 2% and reg milk; no skim milk. I stayed 4 nights with points so my review may be biased.

I wish we were allowed to give 1/2 stars. I give this property a 4.5. While Sanford is a lovely town, with great shops and restaurants, many people stay there because they are flying in/out of SFB or using the Auto Train. This hotel is clean and has all the necessities: Guest Laundry, Ice on every floor, Business Center where you can print things out and Guest Laundry. Also, lots of chain restaurants within less than a 5 minute drive (i.e. Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Outback). While I did not use the airport shuttle, it was sitting outside at 3:40am when I left to drive to the airport to drop off my rental car. That's a good sign. There are several Allegiant flights that leave around 6am so knowing that you can have access to a shuttle at 4am is a welcomed relief. The reason I did not give a ”5” is because the two chairs in my room were older and slightly ragged. The computer chair almost tipped over when I was sitting in it.

I stayed at this hotel during a trip between Maryland and Tampa, FL. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-4 a little north of Orlando. The Westin Lake Mary is a large, modern hotel and is well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had Covid-protocols in place. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel. The rooms were very modern and up-to-date, including the TV, furniture, carpeting, linens and bathrooms. All supplies were well-stocked. There was a restaurant/bar just off the lobby on the main floor, along with a small marketplace to get snacks, sodas, beer, etc. Ice machines were located on each floor. Check-in and check-out was very easy. There is plenty of commercial activities around the hotel (which is the Heathrow area of Florida, and somewhat upscale), including restaurants and shopping. There was a McDonalds adjacent to the Westin which was good for a quick meal if needed. All-in-all, this is a quite exceptional and well-maintained hotel and I would highly recommend it for any stay. I have no negative comments and would say that this is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Central Florida. Well done!!!!

The newly opened hotel is the most advanced hotel in this small town. It is very lively around the main street. The room is very clean. The general parking is convenient. The service is very good. The breakfast is really silent. It is recommended not to set the breakfast door. Many stores can choose to recommend this. Home hotel
