The facility was good and in a good location. But the service or attitudes at the check-in counter can be improved.

The Ayres Suites hotel is inferior to other similar hotels in Irvine such as the Holiday Inn, and the breakfast is not rich enough. The hotel's sanitary facilities are average, the aisles are long and there is a slight smell (maybe the smell of disinfection), the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, the hotel price is cheaper than similar hotels, and the front desk staff is warm and friendly. The parking lot is free for staying guests, and the hotel deposit of USD125 is very high.

A typical European style hotel, very welcoming. A staff member has multiple roles, either a front desk or a breakfast chef. Located in Seal Beach city, the hotel is an upscale community and safer. There is a Plaza not far from the hotel, there is Target, etc. It is very convenient, you can arrive without it.

The hotel offers an airport pick-up service, but it is recommended to call the front desk. Because the airport is small, the hotel shuttle does not always run between the airport and the hotel.
