Carpet in room had food on it. The bar was not open, so you couldn't take advantage of any drinks or specials. Front desk clerk just said the bartender called in sick. Offered to sell can beer out of a cooler. Only had one 6 pack ( Blue Moon) available. Terrible, will go back to Embassy Suites. Not Tryp

The floor of the bedroom was dirty, we found hair and nails on the floor, we requested assistance from the lobby to clean it, but unfortunately, the condition remained the same. Also, the room has a weird smell.

Great hotel. Nice &Clean. Everyone was so nice & conveniently placed just a few minutes from seaworld & so many restaurants. I am just disappointed that there was a $10 charge for the breakfast buffet considering how much you already paid for the hotel

I was very impressed with the hotel considering the price I paid. Free parking, very clean and brilliant guest service. I will highly recommended TRYP.
