Gym was neglected - no towels, no water. Water in Orlando is disgusting. This place really needs to offer filtered water or have a whole building filter. Showering in Orlando water will ruin your skin and is very unpleasant smelling. Staff were friendly but the computer system seems unreliable. Had no rooms when I checked in (even though I had a reservation) and computer system crashed multiple times when I tried to check out.

Great service very friendly staff and super clean and smelled really good breakfast was amazing and fresh you pay $10-$14 more but its worth it. Definitely will be back for another staycation.

Better places to stay.breakfast was not free no machines to get snacks you had to pick snacks that they had & pay 3 issues in the room didn't work

This was a smaller hotel, with a modern look and facilities, all of which I like. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Carpet in room had food on it. The bar was not open, so you couldn't take advantage of any drinks or specials. Front desk clerk just said the bartender called in sick. Offered to sell can beer out of a cooler. Only had one 6 pack ( Blue Moon) available. Terrible, will go back to Embassy Suites. Not Tryp
