To be honest, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The breakfast was also delicious. However, this is the first hotel I've encountered that doesn't offer luggage storage. The front desk explained that their luggage storage area was rented out for a conference and wouldn't be available until after 9:30 AM. Having to drag my large suitcase around while sightseeing really made me angry 😡
