Don’t bother trying to get a room here. They are full of illegal immigrants and do not have any rooms available for the traveling worker. I can’t believe choice allows this sort of thing to happen. Makes their brand look bad

We were coming for an overnight, showed up to be told the hotel was closed, and reservations were cancelled. No warnings, no offer for assistance from the hotel to help find a place to stay, just told we had to leave. absolutely unexcusable.

To cancel someone's wedding plans to make money on the taxpayer's backs is unconscionable, I just hope your community sees your poor business practices and blackball you out of business. Sorry this business owner is so heartless.

Comfortable hotel at a great price. Very nice and festive lobby area with fresh coffee available. Room was clean. Breakfast is available but for a fee. There is a diner within walking distance right next door. Bar is not open yet. Once that is open it will be a great addition. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Will stay again for sure. I personally would like to see at least some sort of morning grab and go complimentary breakfast for those staying for business.

I love this hotel, priced very reasonable for the area. Clean, quiet and safe. Just wish they offered free breakfast but for the price you can't beat it. A hot breakfast is available on order, you have to pay extra for it. It's a really nice hotel, maybe a little past its prime but has a lot of potential. Used to be a Marriott Four Points hotel, hope they can bring it back to its glory days again. I'd stay here again, 100%

Customer service is not existent. Check in time is posted for 3 o’clock. We had a bus leaving for a wedding at 3:45. We were told only one of our two rooms was ready early and that the second might not be available until after 3 o’clock. We were told to check it only begins at 3 o’clock. Add to that that the electronic card system was not working so we had to be physically let into our room. That means you can’t leave your room without locking yourself out. Steph try to impress upon us that they needed time to clean the rooms after the 11 o’clock check out. Perhaps they should have sufficient staff. Rooms and the hallways are dimly lit. Furniture in the room is stained. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Dirty rooms, bugs, mold in shower. The staff has no idea what they’re doing and BEWARE of your bill once you leave. Booked a room for a wedding with a discounted room code only to find our credit card was charged 3x that price. When we called to ask what happened no one would answer the phone and when we finally got through after 45 minutes of being on hold, they refused to send us an itemized bill. Do yourself a favor, you’re better off sleeping in your car at a rest stop.

My sister recently came for a visit from overseas. We haven't seen each other for three years. Of course 3 days before she arrives I came down with covid. Called everywhere for a hotel for 2 weeks for 3 people. Finally Victoria and Cathy worked a miracle to help us out. They were courteous and friendly and made a stressful situation easier. Not everything was perfect at the hotel but the staff worked hard to make my sister and nephews have a nice vacation.

After a couple of recent getaways to New England and the Jersey Shore I decided to stay local, opting for a much closer to home option. Stayed here during recent heat wave last week, primarily to jump into a cool pool. The professionalism of the entire front desk staff that I encountered (Brittany, Brianna, Geno, Shawn and Jose) at this hotel is top notch. So friendly and accommodating. Well stocked pantry with cold drinks, heatables, snacks, etc available for a nominal fee. Even with the Covid-19 restrictions in place the staff is extremely understanding that if the pool is being under utilized they will extend your scheduled pool time without hesitation, as long as they can do so safely. Really appreciated this as I was looking for a way to beat the heat with my 5-yr old grandson. The rooms are what I would expect from a Sheraton brand with a good price point for a family outing. Looking forward to staying here again as my new home away from home.
