Not the best neither the worst mattress is dirty floor didn't sweep fridge dirty no microwave no light bulb in the room those towels who knows how many years they have been using you guys can do better than that no body is paying their money to sleep in filty mattress dirty mirror dirty sink bathtub wasn't too bad

Cockroach crawl on you while you sleep, the room was dirty when we got there, there were little black curly hairs on the sheets and pillows. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at Zen living suites. The people at the front desk are so rude and act like you are bothering them.

Absolutely disgusting. There were roaches everywhere. And a couple bugs is one tjing, when i say everywhere, i mean EVERYWHERE. yhey refused to let us switch rooms and i had my children with me including a one year old. Thry were crawling all over the bed. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for some bug spray. They couldn’t even provide me with that.

My stay was terrible dead roaches all over the bed and floor , blood on pillow cases dirty sheets . A roach went in my sons (11 years old) ears my 87 year old disabled grandfather had roaches crawling on his face .

No clean sheets, towels, filthy floor, rusted bathroom, non working toilette, front desk limited hours, bad area ...what else
