Not the best neither the worst mattress is dirty floor didn't sweep fridge dirty no microwave no light bulb in the room those towels who knows how many years they have been using you guys can do better than that no body is paying their money to sleep in filty mattress dirty mirror dirty sink bathtub wasn't too bad

Cockroach crawl on you while you sleep, the room was dirty when we got there, there were little black curly hairs on the sheets and pillows. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at Zen living suites. The people at the front desk are so rude and act like you are bothering them.

Absolutely disgusting. There were roaches everywhere. And a couple bugs is one tjing, when i say everywhere, i mean EVERYWHERE. yhey refused to let us switch rooms and i had my children with me including a one year old. Thry were crawling all over the bed. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for some bug spray. They couldn’t even provide me with that.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been. Don't even know how it pass inspection. To much dirty and a lot cockroaches. Don't recommend at all.

Résidence assez ancienne qui a quelques chambres qui sont refaites (les photos) mais dont le résultat est décevant. la propreté est désastreuse, nourriture sous le lit, chaussure du précédent occupant, des poils et de la terre par terre, avec le peu d'éclairage la nuit pas très visible...
la personne a l'acceuil a bien voulu nous changer de chambre, un peu mieux...

Dirty room with paint chipping, blood stains on the sheets but I always bring my own sheets. Broken drug pipe under the bed, i told the staff and left for hours, the pipe was still there when i returned.
