This hotel used to be very good, now it feels completely different, many things are broken, and the bedding is not very clean. Communication with the front desk is also difficult. I don't recommend it, I don't have a next time

The customer service was divine, had an issue with a window on a night the temp was below zero,the front desk sent maintenance immediately and his assessment was to change rooms,the front desk made the change happen within minutes…I’ve already recommended you hotel to my family and friends,I will stay there every time I visit ny.

The tv didn’t work, bathroom door was broken. It was freezing when we walked into our room, they could have put the heat on low before we got there.

The property was good, the room was a good size, the shower was excellent, but the cleanliness of the property was average. I think it needs better maintenance (wallpaper, old carpet, check the sink faucets).
