Our room was large and comfortable but needed cosmetic upgrades. We could not use the shower because there was no way to turn the shower head on. There was a pipe for the water but no faucet on the pipe and no way to turn on the shower head. The mini fridge didn't work and the cover on the back of the toilet was not the right fit for the toilet. We spoke to the clerk at the desk who took our information and said the manager would contact us about getting a refund. The manager never contacted us. Glad we had only needed the room for one night as we were just passing through.

When I entered the lobby to check in, there as another gentleman waiting who had walked in just before me. As I waited, the desk clerk was very adamant that there would be a hold placed on his card in the amount of $100 as a security deposit. This itself is not out of the ordinary.
I did note that, at no point in MY check in process was a hold or deposit mentioned. I completed the transaction and went about my weekend. The following Monday my bank shows no holds or additional transactions.
I was not charged a security deposit. The gentleman in front of me was. The only difference between us was the color of our skin. This is not acceptable, and I will not be returning to this property. I would encourage others to think twice as well, considering your treatment by staff will differ by appearance.

The room had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. Loose dirt/debris in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. Carpet dirty along the edges. Room not up to Wyndham standards...

It was so loud. They were having a party in one of the rooms and people kept running up and down the hallway and for someone who had to get up early and drive for 9 hours was horrible. Will NEVER stay here again!!!

Best in the room would not stay on. Keep flipping the GFC switch. We had to constantly reset it. No room service the entire weekend. Ice machines were out of order. Customer service not very friendly.

This was one of the dirtiest places I have ever been. The ceiling in the shower was coming down. The bathroom door was in horrible shape. The furniture was dirty and outdated and broken. This was not worth the money and will never stay again.

It was fine. We were in the back of the hotel, and it is very near train tracks, so there was some noise to deal with. No elevators, but only 2 floors. Free breakfast was very good, including hot choices. Older property, but kept up reasonably well. We happened to have a discount that was a little more than half-off the walk-in rate, so a decent value for that amount.
