My children traveled from overseas and I had the unfortunate experience of staying at your facility When checking in (around 8 or 9pm) the evening staff was a heavy-set female who had one of the most non-chalant attitudes I have ever seen. Didn't get her name. But No smiles, no pleasant greeting-NOTHING. Upon entering our room, at first glance the room appeared clean. As we looked further, we discovered the microwave had an explosion of food in it. The refrigerator freezer needed defrosting and the fridge was unclean as well. There were left over keys from other rooms left in the dresser drawers . The shower curtain smelled and had dirty stains all over it. The bathtub was dirty and could've used a hefty round of Tylex or Bleach. If ever there was a time I wish I had taken photos then that was the time. My room# was 235. I'm pretty certain that it is probably STILL like this. Please check for yourself. Also, there were many people hanging out in front of their rooms using room chairs on the 2nd floor, loitering around their rooms or others, It was a bit unsettling and uncomfortable. I'm sure some of the hotel guests can verify what I am saying as there was a bit of a commotion as I was checking out (July 3, 2023) with another guest who complained of many of the same things I've complained about but was wayyyy more vocal about it. That facility needs to SERIOUSLY be investigated!!! The only good experience I had there was morning front desk clerk on July 1, 2023, I didn't get her name but she was MAGNIFICENT!!! LOVED HER. Need more like her. If I could have canceled my stay there...I WOULD HAVE!!!!

Overall the place needed up dating. The only complaint i have is at check in they wanted a 100.00 deposit (cash or credit) I paid cash and the next morning before giving my deposit back the attendant acted like they really did not want to give my deposit back. Even whent to the room to check for damage, stolen items or cleanliness?

Should not have to put deposit on room when I have used app many times with no issues

Location is good the facility is overdue for repairs and remodeling. The pillow cases were worn out.

I requested a Handicap accessible room and wasnt giving one, Bathroom was filthy and had feces on the bowl and tub full or dirt, bed bugs on the bed i called the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do , i couldnt shower and didnt bring my bags in, to avoid getting bugs

Older and dated facility, but very clean and functional. On arrival we were greeted by Ms. Chrissy who was very welcoming and accommodating. She checked us in to a king suite with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, iron. Charge was $90 and included breakfast. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but the hot things were hot, and cold things were cold. The breakfast area was cheerful, well lit and clean. Miss Freda made sure it was stocked. Also cudos to Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Betty for their cheerful "good morning" conversation. Would definitely stay here again as we pass thru the area.

The rooms was dirty I want my money back

very clean. we always stay at quality inn while in orangeburg. staff is very accommodation. clean and comfortable bed. also have a good decent breakfast. many restaurants and gas station close to hotel. good location, easy to get interstate 26.
