Es war ein guter Service mit Rund-um-die-Uhr-Besetzung. Uns erwartete ein schönes Zimmer. Leider hat uns das Ambiente beim Frühstück nicht gefallen - der Frühstücksraum war eiskalt, nebenan wurde Staub gesaugt - schade, ich hätte das Frühstück gerne genossen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an einem Kanal. Gleich um die Ecke sind Restaurants. Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Hotel liegt einfach PERFEKT!!! Nur wenige Schritte bis zur Havel und wenige minütchen bis zur Stadt,einfach schöööön. Mitarbeiter meeegaaaaa freundlich, Zimmer ausreichend groß & sauber. Klitzekleines Manko ist leider der Anblick der Duschverkleidung unten ,sieht sehr unschön aus-müßte mal behandelt werden. Ansonsten ein klasse kurzurlaub in der alten Heimat und JA wir kommen wieder 🤗
