Great weather , Great FOOD, Great Time !!!! Only Bummer was we lost a day at start from Plane Cancellation in Charlotte. Trip with 10 of us was for April 11 - 18 but could not get there till Friday the 19th.

I’ve stayed at Riu resorts in the past and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with them yet. You could tell their entire staff was proud of how well they kept up the property and treated the guests. The food and beverage services were great, the facilities were clean, the beach was incredible, and there was always something fun going on.

Me and my wife have been returning to the riu palace Aruba for 5 times over the years. We love it and we feel very respected and cared for. The staff is second to none and we would like to say thank you to everyone there. See you next year again.

The elevators and hallways leading to the room needs upgrading, and the rooms could use slight upgrades. The grounds was excellent, and the food was delicious. Service was great !

We just got back from the RIU Antillas adults only resort. We had a great time the food was great expect for the Italian restaurant. The staff could not do enough for you. We had heard horrible stories about the food but I don’t know what anyone was talking about. The buffet has so much to choose from the French restaurant was good. We would have like to eat at the steak house but it was a long wait. The only thing is you have to get up early to get chiars for the pool area. The elevators can be hard to get but when you have 18 floors you have to expect that wait. We are already planning next year to go back.

Cleanliness, safety, service and food are excellent. The rooms are a bit run down, especially the wall outlets that do not always hold American plugs. I also had a problem with one of the electric fuses that was switching off frequently and had to be switched back on several times a day. Otherwise my stay in RIU Palace was great, and I have very warm feelings for its stuff. I am planning to come there again.

The hotel staff is lovely. The pool and the beach are beautiful! I loved they had Indian food! But kids need more variety besides pizza. How about adding mozzarella sticks or buttered pasta? I gave it 2 stars because of the BLARING music! It’s so loud that it’s on from 11-11pm!! We saved money to come to our first International trip in Aruba. This is NOT a place for families. Miami and Florida are quieter than this place. No relaxing in peace. I feel like they cater to people who just want to get drunk off their faces. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC AND OFF BY 9! We will return to Aruba but not this place. Vacation should be peaceful where we are able to enjoy each others company without being overwhelmed by loud music. It’s too bad because the staff is very hard working and professional.
