The environment is very good. There is the sea next to the hotel. The beach is very beautiful. It is very suitable for taking children to play. It is also suitable for summer vacation. Except for the lack of convenient transportation, everything else is very good.

Estupendo Hotel situado en la Urbanización Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort. Tienes piscina con balinesas y amacas y amplio servicio. Con acceso directo a la Playa de arena fina y muy amplia, Campo de Golf y Pistas de Padel, ideal para unos días de relax. Además tiene Spa. Restaurantes en el mismo Hotel y en la Urbanización y a tan solo 20 minutos de Gandia o de Dénia. Sin lugar a duda un buen lugar de descanso.

The hotel itself is fine. The gym however is very neglected. For the price you pay, the changing rooms are dirty. In the men's changing room, the door is hanging off one of the showers. They very rarely re-fill the soap and when they do, it's horrible cheap stuff. The door on the other shower doesn't close and hasn't for 3 years. There is no soap by the sink anymore, just empty dispensers. You cannot clean your hands after using the bathroom!! Surely this is not legal? Also, one of the treadmills has been out of order for weeks and the aircon isn't put on in advance so it's often too warm. For the price of membership, this is very poor.

Zimmer, Service, Preisleistung alles prima, teils auch Richtung fünf Sterne, sehr guter Fitnessraum, sehr gutes Buffet Angebot insbesondere exzellentes Schweinefleisch, aber auch viele Salate und Veggie Angebote. Sehr freundlicher Service mit gutem Englisch, schöne Zimmer, sehr schönes Bad, gute Matratze - alles wie es sein soll. Auch das Drumherum passt: schöner Pool mit vielen Liegen Gut sortierte Poolbar außerhalb vom Hotel in 5 Minuten in den Dünen und am Wasser wenige 100 m in beide Richtungen verschiedene Strandbars teils mit Campingplätzen kombiniert auch mit sehr ordentlichem Angebot. Kleine Mängel: - manche Cocktails abweichend vom Original Rezept mit Zuckersirup - etwas undurchsichtige Preisstruktur mit 60 € Kredit/Nacht für Zimmer im Haupthaus

Nice and well located hotel near Oliva. Beach is right behind the hotel, which gives extra value to the hotel. Reseption works super including car rental - 10 points ! Only minus is the food (dinner) and the old style and old rooms in some part of the hotel. Breakfast on the other hand is one of the best.

This hotel is not even close to 4* and lacked some of the most basic services. Very poor unstable wifi, none of the english channels were working throughout my stay and most of the staff outside of reception spoke very poor english. Room service was very poor and they charge you for having anything ordered to the room. I also found this hotel lacked vegetarian options throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We were in Oliva nova to play golf only and we didn’t utilize any of the facilities in the hotel. But the reception were helpful making reservations at restaurants and driving us to the golf course. Hotel restaurant dinner was not included in our package deal so we never ate there. Breakfast was nice though. All in all an average experience.
