Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded.
We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower.

Para empezar quiero decir que después del viaje, llegamos al hotel que teníamos entrada a las 14 horas y allí no había nadie,el hotel parecía abandonado y yo pensaba que había sido un timo , a las 14'30 apareció un muchacho con un aspirador y al abrir la puerta le expliqué la situación, llevábamos media hora esperando con un niño pequeño y me dijo que hasta las 17h no se podía entrar,al final al ver mi enfadado nos atendió y podíamos entrar en la habitación. La habitación no es gran cosa solo para dormir,y lo peor de todo es que aunque digan que hay bar y restaurante allí no hay nada lo tienen todo cerrado por lo tanto no esperéis nada, para desayunar por la mañana tienes que ir andando más de diez minutos al bar más cercano. Así que si contrais este hotel, pensad en ir solo a dormir y necesitáis el coche para todo. Vamos que yo lo considero más una pensión de carretera.

No había sitio en el parking ,la comida una porquería 30 euros a la basura, camas de las cavernas y mosquitos para dar y regalar la toallas llenas de suciedad , se come mejor en un centro penitenciario, si quieres dormir peor que en la calle es tu hotel,saludos

Un hotel perfecto para ir a esquiar. Muy tranquilo. Personal amable. Habitacion con baño amplia. Bufet bueno relacion calidad precio. Parquing gratuito. Muy cerca de restaurantes y bares Cerca de estacion de ski pal arinsal. Buena carretera.

En realidad dicen que está a 10 km de andorra la vella pero hay un poco mas , el paisaje es muy hermoso , está todo muy limpio , pero nos digeron que habría gente en la recepción hasta las 11 y no fué asi .
Creo que falta un poco mas de información a la clientela.

Habitación antigua. No se podía abrir la puerta del todo porque tocaba con las literas. Camas antiguas. El baño es correcto. Buenas vistas. Se aparca delante del hotel, pero no hay muchas plazas. No había servicio desayuno cuando fuimos, ni tampoco servicio recepción al salir. La persona que atendió fue correcta, teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias. No nos pareció mal la estancia, justita pero relación calidad precio en nuestro caso, y por ser agosto, justa.
