Es claramente de los mejores sitios de Andorra para hosped****. Habitaciones geniales, el restaurante que tiene muy bien, la atención de 10... Si a todo ello le unes como se han portado con nosotros, una vez más, con un problema médico que hemos tenido en nuestra última visita, me falta nota para valorarles. Un 10 como siempre. Muchas gracias!

Sitio muy bonito.Limpieza y atencion buena..Magnificas vistas.Ideal para descansar,pasear e ir a esquiar por su proximidad a Pal y Arcalis.Restaurante sencillo y acogedor con chimenea que hace la estancia muy agradable

Perfecta la ubicación para realizar excursiones. Muy amplios y tranquilos. Muy completa la equipación de cocina. Wifi gratuito. Nuestro apartamento tenía salón-cocina, baño completo, dormitorio y otra estancia para poder dejar equipaje o material de las excursiones.

Fuimos a desayunar en dos ocasiones. Primer día una coca de chocolate ya un poco reseca del día anterior, no dije nada porque pense que sería algo casual. Segundo día pido cruasán y muy seco (incomible). Se lo comente al camarero y su respuesta es que el proveedor al tener mucho trabajo envia el producto en unas condiciones no aptas para la venta, a lo cual no me da ninguna solución y me cobra como si nada. Perfecto lugar para no ir a desayunar. Muy mala la atención de este camarero.

Spent 5 nights at Apartments La Neu and couldn't have had a better stay. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment with beautiful views and the constant soundtrack of the river. Easy parking and garage for bikes. Good wifi. Hikes in every direction right from the door. A short drive to Ordino, La Massana and Andorra La Vella. Friendly, helpful staff always on hand. Useful service of fresh bread in the morning, and a few frozen dishes for a quick supper. Loved it!
