First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

Facilities: After checking in, I found that the sink would spray water when I turned on the cold water (as shown in Figure 5). I didn't ask to change rooms with the idea of making do with it. As a result, the drain fell off when I washed my face at around 9 o'clock the next morning, and the water directly filled the entire bathroom. But it was almost time to check out at that time, so I wiped it myself with a towel. I hope this place (Figure 2) must be repaired. Service: The overall feeling is that there is no service at all 😅 I don't know if it's because southerners have high requirements? Anyway, there was no doorman when I arrived by car (there was one when I left the next day), and no one guided me how to park (there was a wedding outside that night and it was full), and the front desk was cold. Environment: I checked in in September, and the heating in the north hadn't started yet, but the temperature was very low, the hotel was also very cold, the lobby and the gym were very cold, and I turned on the heater in the room and it didn't work at all. I am allergic to cold wind and I have been getting rashes during my stay (Figure 3), it's too cold.

During the last two days of the summer vacation trip to the Inner Mongolia grasslands and deserts, I chose the Tieniu Hotel in Dongsheng. The price-performance ratio is good, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is good! There is a problem with the water in the shower room. The water cover must be removed, but water still leaks out. The glass door of the shower room is not sealed. I went out to play in the morning and returned to the hotel at 16:00 in the afternoon. Even the room was not cleaned. After the reaction, it was properly solved. The service response speed was not bad. The breakfast is very good. With the hotel room card, you can also go to the hot spring bathing center next to the hotel. The swimming pool there is very good, with few people and clean water. The hotel gave the guests fruits and travel bags, which is very considerate. There are free bottled water and fruits at the elevator entrance that can be taken freely. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon checkin, I asked for tour recommendations and they helped us find a tour agent. The location is far from the city center. It’s also far from Kangbashi tourist area, so if you want to enjoy strolling in Kangbashi, you better book a hotel in Kangbashi. The hotel has a self-service laundry area. It’s free 😊
