服務極差，前台業務水平太差。我攜程已經訂好7月24日、25日兩晚的房間24日入住當天但兒子又在官網重複預訂了25日房間當時立即到前台找工作人員處理問題得到的回覆是説晚上不能操作取消預訂讓我們25日早上9點再到前台處理。25日9點我們準時到前台辦理取消手續再三問工作人員是否已經取消並得到確認回覆但在25日晚上我信用卡已經被扣款，26號早上我們到前台要求處理此事但前台人員説他們根本無法取消訂單直到酒店經理出來處理也是草草打發我們。希爾頓酒店是我住過最最差的酒店

Cosy environment in the reception. Staff is mostly kind with great service. Not a lot of hot dish for the breakfast buffet but the food is nice overall.

Dörren till rummet var väldigt tung. Extrasängarna var mycket svåra att fälla upp på väggen igen. Området är inte så kul men väldigt praktiskt. Gott bemötande från personalen!

Fantastisk frukostbuffé, frukostpåsarna hade kunnat vara lite roligare med lite pålägg annat än ost. Fint modernt hotell i toppenskick, rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Synd att inte Chrome cast-funktionen fungerade men de skulle åtgärda det inom närtid när tekniker kommer på plats.
