Fantastic staff. But the fire alarm and evacuation several times in the evening and night became a disturbing moment. Cold in the room but got an extra blanket, and got to choose a pillow that I thought was better than the ones in the room.

What lowers the rating somewhat is a missed taxi booking, no real lobby and cold in the breakfast room. The fact that the hotel is of an older model reduces the comfort somewhat, but adds to the charm.
Plus for silver benefit which gave discount on restaurant in house (although I had to remind to get the coupon)

I booked a slightly nicer and larger room, but it was only large, not cozy or particularly nice. the breakfast was sp**** and the staff did not have time to replenish or keep clean.
