Room was very stinky. Bathroom needs to be redone. Coating on tub was worn off and bottom was rusty. Staff were nice and check-in was efficient.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Interesting bathroom cafe door setup, didn't lock or shut tight, so basically no privacy in the bathroom, also noted there was no bathroom fan. Other than that, it was clean and the location was convenient.

I was surprised my the pet deposit. It only said Pet friendly when I reserved the room. But we enjoyed our stay and felt things were nice.

The hotel is very loud meaning you can hear everything & everyone that is in the hallway and the rooms next to you as if they’re in the room with you. Housekeeping started knocking on the door 3 hours before check out even with the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast area was very dirty. All the tables were messy from previous guests & the buffet area counters were covered in spilled food & crumbs. The check-in & check-out service was just ok but not great compared to other hotels. Overall, this particular LaQuinta will not be my first choice in the future.

I was incredibly disappointed upon arrival. I had booked my rooms through a third party vendor and the hotel could only find one of my rooms. Even though I had my receipt in my email they would not honor the original price. The front receptionist claimed she was new and didn’t know how to help us and the manager on duty, Gage, was less than impressive and didn’t seem to care at all that we were upset. He was more concerned about his phone call and made us wait. Luckily a new employee, Chandler, showed up and was able to correct the mistake. I won’t stay at a La Quinta Inn again if I have the choice.

We stayed the night so the kids could swim. The bed was definitely warn out. The front desk staff was very helpful and the kids had a blast swimming. Needs some updates but it wasnt terrible.
